Dr. Elise Malzer is a family practice provider taking care of patients of all ages. She strives to provide patient-centered care to help patients achieve their health goals. She earned her MD from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health and completed her family medicine residency with the University of Wisconsin Department of Family Medicine and Community Health.

Dr. Malzer enjoys Family Medicine because of the long-term relationships she builds with patients and their families. Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing sports and board games, hiking, fly fishing, gardening, and cooking.
