Patients:
- Are required to wear a hospital-grade paper face mask while any visitors or healthcare team members are in their room
- Are required to answer screening questions before entering the building
- Are permitted up to 2 visitors, per day, during the duration of their stay
- COVID-19 positive patients are not permitted a visitor
Visitors:
- Are required to wear a hospital-grade paper face mask at all times
- Are required to answer screening questions before entering the building
- Must be free of any symptoms - if a visitor is experiencing or has recently experienced any acute respiratory or COVID-19 symptoms such as cough or shortness of breath, the visitor will not be permitted
- Are not able to stay overnight
- Will be asked to stay in the patient’s room or the lounge at all times
- Will be asked not to consume any food or drink inside the facility to ensure compliance with the use of face masks

To prevent the potential spread of COVID-19 and in accordance with social distancing guidelines, we are limiting access to The Ridge Café, (located on the ground floor) and The Perk (our coffee shop located at the Main Entrance) to those already in the facility for business or to receive care. We will communicate any updates as things progress. We pride ourselves on serving fresh, wholesome, seasonal meals that are planned and prepared daily by our Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Culinary Team.
Evening and weekend meals (except for lunch) are made to order. Please allow time for your meal to be prepared especially for you. Guest trays may be purchased for $5 and delivered to a patient's room by calling the hospital's culinary department at ext. 7400. Guest trays include 1 entree, 2 sides, a beverage, and dessert or fruit. Vending is also located in the cafeteria and is available 24 hours a day. MasterCard, Visa, and Discover are accepted. The Ridge Cafe Now Offers Curbside To-Go Lunch Service
Here’s how it works:
• Call our Curbside To-Go team at 920-626-2976 starting at 9:30 a.m. to order lunch for that day. Allow 20 minutes for your order to be prepared or let us know when you’ll be there to pick it up. You’re welcome to order in advance as well – whatever works for you!
• We will have to-go orders ready between the hours of 11:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
• Once you arrive at the designated parking spot call or text the number on the sign (920-626-297) with the name you gave for the order and our team will bring it to your car
• For everyone’s safety, we ask that you either wear a mask or roll your passenger window down/pop the trunk for us to limit contact with the exchange
• Please do not pick up curbside to-go orders if you are sick or have been diagnosed with COVID-19
• We accept credit/debit card payment, or pre-loaded CARE Cash Card payment over the phone at the time you place your order to reduce contact
• Normal café pricing applies
• Please find our monthly menu above– we are happy to tell you about our desserts for the day and add beverages to your order upon request

As a health care provider dedicated to improving the health of the people and the communities it serves, Prairie Ridge Health is committed to leading by example. Therefore, due to known and substantial health hazards resulting from exposure to tobacco, the policy of PRH is to provide a tobacco-free environment for all employees, volunteers, patients and visitors.
The use of tobacco products is prohibited in all buildings and vehicles, and on all grounds owned or leased by Prairie Ridge Health, including clinics, parking lots and facility owned vehicles.
