Our swing bed program provides an extended care opportunity for individuals who are continuing to recover, but no longer need an acute hospital setting. Yet, they are not quite physically able to return home and need a few more days to heal and regain their strength.

Our expert care team works with qualified patients to create unique, multi-disciplinary treatment plans. We’ll help you improve your strength and gain the independence you desire before returning to your home and family.

Care teams and treatment plans may involve any of the following:
