Road construction begins March 6 in Columbus


In addition:  
  • Hwy 16 (James Street) between US 151 southbound ramps and Meister Drive will have a single lane closure eastbound and westbound to allow for construction of temporary median crossover.
  • Industrial Drive and Dix Street will have shoulder closures to construct temporary widening.
  • Intersection at Hwy 16 and Hwy 73 will be reduced to a single lane and controlled by temporary signals while each side of Hwy 73 is reconstructed.
