No appointment or doctor referral necessary for 3D Screening Mammograms.
Please bring your health insurance card, the name of the facility where you had your last mammogram, and the name of your primary care provider (for notification results).
The safety and wellbeing of our patients and healthcare team is important to us. All patients and visitors are screened at the door for COVID-19 symptoms. Masks and hand sanitizer are required prior to entering the facility.
